Mentorship pairings are made at our discretion based on goals, experience, and availability. Both mentors and mentees are expected to maintain professionalism, respect confidentiality, and attend scheduled sessions. Either party may request a change of pairing with reasonable notice.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality education and training, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or career advancements as a result of participation in our programmes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praise Palace Business School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
